Our Goals and Commitements
Stability: Affordable, rent free office space, to rid nonprofits of overhead cost so they may allocate more money to their programs and impact individuals and local communities of Carroll County, MD.
Resources: Shared infrastructure of conference rooms, and a resource library where any nonprofit in Carroll County can utilize the Foundation directory online grant research database. We have break rooms, shared internet and buying power through numbers.
A collaborative environment: With no duplication of services, agencies can simply walk down the hall to find out what others are doing and work together on projects or capital campaigns. They can also learn about and respond to community issues that affect us all.
Exposure: Greater community visibility brings more support to the various missions of its tenant organizations.
